Evidence #4
Identical scam projects
I found similar scams when investigating other Initial Coin Offering (Crypto IPOs) startups. A simple google search operator such as site:bitcoinist.com AND intext:"join presale" brought up many websites that applied the same content strategies to promote the fake crypto ICOs. They all turned out to be a scam, with the most recent confirmation being Snowfall Protocol. Orbeon Protocol is now on track to become the next scam. A few of the confirmed scams can be seen below:

This is just a small list of the countless websites engaging in this scam. Identical marketing patterns emerged between all the scam ICOs, all of which failed (deliberately) after launch.
The fraudsters acquire sponsored posts on the same news portals that enabled them to post press releases written by themselves. This allows the fraudsters to claim whatever they want and deceive the public into believing that the projects have a lot of attention and are worth investing in.
They go as far as creating fake billboards to give the appearance of a large marketing campaign. Of course, the ads are photoshopped onto billboard images found freely over the internet. A few examples of fake billboards:
